Returns Policy:
Our made-to-order Robes are non refundable as they are a made to order item.
All postage costs are at the expense of the buyer. 
As we sell vintage clothing an item may have slight imperfections as these are pre loved items that have already lived a life before they made it here on our site. We take time to list the condition of each garment in our description of each listing. 
Please choose carefully as all sales are final. We do not offer refunds just because an item does not fit or you have changed your mind.
Shipping Times:
Vintage items are shipped within 3-5 days.
Made-to-order Robes are shipped within 1-2 weeks.
Please note that each robe is made to order.
Our shipping times are Monday to Friday. (This does not include Public Holidays.)
Domestic Shipping: 
All Australian orders are sent via Australia Post Express Post with a tracking number.
Free Domestic Shipping on orders over $300. Excludes bulky and heavy items.
International Shipping: 
Currently not shipping to the UK and Europe. Please head to our Etsy store 
to make your purchase.

International orders are sent via Australia Post with a tracking number. Please note each country is different so please allow between 5 - 15 business days for an item to arrive.
We also offer DHL Courier as a shipping upgrade for when you need your item 3-5 business days once it has cleared customs.
International customers are responsible for all customs fees, duties and taxes.
We will not be held responsible for parcels that are damaged or lost during transit.
