I love a smocked cotton summer dress and this one will not disappoint. Absolutely divine soft cotton maxi dress in shades of blue, lilac and beige. Darling floral print with an art deco summer picnic scene of ladies and gents of the 1920's. Think Downton Abbey in all its elegance.
